Build the programs to help Flexport grow

The opportunity:

We are looking for a Trucking Operations Associate in our vibrant NYC office to be the trucking subject matter expert and problem solver for our operations squads. 

You will:

• Manage the implementation of best practices and standardized processes for our operations teams on all things trucking
• Provide ongoing training and coaching for new hires and lead monthly syncs to inform squads on new procedures
• Propose and execute on exciting, high impact projects 
• Resolve financial and operational disputes
• Collaborate with operations and other supply teams to provide trucking solutions 

You should have:

• Degree and 1-3 years of supply chain, enablement,learning & development, and/or implementation experience
• Strategic vision and ground floor execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• An obsession with client happiness. You succeed when they succeed.
• Next-level attention to detail.
• Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it. See something broken? Fix it.
• Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL and analytics experience a plus!
