Primary Responsibilities:
  • Capable of maintaining production set by the department and meeting established turnaround times.
  • Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives
  • Transfer data from multiple systems into a single system
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Knowledgeable with Repricing systems and develop basic skills in the Repricing area.
  • General Expectations:
    • Apply knowledge / skills to a range of complex activities
    • Demonstrate depth of knowledge/skills in assessing contracts and applying appropriate rates
    • Solve complex problems on own
    • Collaborate with team to solve complex problems
    • Independently manage time and tasks
  • Coordinate work of other team members when necessary

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sort & filter data) and Microsoft Word (create & edit documents)
  • Ability to key a minimum of 17 claims per hour and 119 claims per day
  • Ability to start shift between 6:30 am - 8:00 am, working 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Some college (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare claims research, analysis & or reporting
  • 1+ year of experience in interpreting reimbursement methodologies and rates as outlined in provider agreements

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
