    Wells Fargo Supply Chain Finance seeks a Senior Lead Credit Product Specialist to drive structured asset origination in partnership with third party inventory management companies. Qualified candidates will have significant experience in this specific area of lending, and proven success in originating, designing and closing highly-structured supply chain financing transactions for benefit of large corporations.
    In this role, you will:
    • Partner with your SCF Originations colleagues as well as Corporate & Investment Banking and Commercial Banking relationship managers to lead the sourcing of new inventory management solutions with both existing and net new client relationships.
    • Manage commercial coordination with third party trading companies.
    • Understand clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, sector trends and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationships.
    • Partner with client teams to independently work on client transactions and advise on peer transactions, including analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients.
    • Holistically lead internal coordination around deals, including submitting transactions to management or independent risk for approval.
    • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert product advisor to Supply Chain Finance leadership as well as business partners from CIB and CB.
    • Partner with product functional colleagues to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively, including large-scale, cross-functional, or company-wide strategies.
    • Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 7+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    Desired Qualifications:
    • History of success in partnering with relationship managers in driving thoughtful, well-structured product solutions for bank clients.
    • Expertise originating, structuring and closing large, structured finance transactions (ABL, Leasing, Receivable Purchase, Receivables Securitization, etc), including specific experience in third party inventory management structures.
    • Knowledge of Supplier Finance, AR Purchase and/or AR Securitization products and markets.
    • Proven track record of solutions/product representation to C-Suite client executives.
    • Ability to successfully collaborate with functional subject matter experts to lead complex deal teams, transactions and strategic growth initiatives.
    Job Expectations:
    • Work closely with SCF Originations and CIB / CB relationship managers to educate the enterprise and clients on third party inventory management solutions.
    • Partner with internal banking customers, deal teams and subject matter experts to deliver optimal financial structures and solutions to key bank clients.
    • Bring a flexible approach to independent and cross-functional team efforts; deliver best in class solutions and service to internal and external clients.
    • Drive opportunities from ideation through closing in a matrixed environment.
    • Travel up to 35%.
    • Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed locations.

    Pay Range
    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
    $191,000.00 - $305,000.00
