Our product

Graphite is modern code review for fast-moving teams - we help engineers write and review smaller pull requests, stay unblocked, and ship faster.

Anyone can start using Graphite individually without needing their coworkers to change tools - we seamlessly sync code changes and reviews. We started Graphite because we missed internal code review tools like Phabricator (at Facebook) and Critique (Google) that help engineers create, approve, and ship small, incremental changes, and long-term we’re passionate about creating products & workflows that help fast-moving eng teams achieve more.

Our company

We have tripled our headcount in the past year to now be about 80 people here in our NYC HQ in the heart of Soho! We have big plans to continue to grow our team this year to keep up with our goals to help some of the top engineering orgs in the world ship software including Datadog, Vercel, Ramp, Snowflake & much more!

We are thrilled to share that Graphite is joining Cursor! With Cursor, we’ll bring together the best-in-class tools for creating, reviewing, and merging code in the age of AI. Graphite will continue to operate as an independent product, now with even greater resources to realize our vision. About the Role

Graphite is growing rapidly, and we're looking for Technical & GTM Recruiters alike to help us scale our team and build a world-class recruiting function. This person will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, drive sourcing strategies, and shape our hiring practices.

Scaling a fast-growing engineering team with high-caliber talent is no small feat, and we believe the best teams are built by talented, ambitious, and dedicated people from diverse backgrounds.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full-cycle technical recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to offer acceptance

  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, job requirements, and candidate profiles

  • Develop creative sourcing techniques and build pipelines of top-tier engineering talent

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Establish and improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics for continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to build and execute talent branding initiatives (blogs, events, meetups)

What we’re looking for

  • Years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically focused on technical roles

  • Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates at top-tier tech companies or startups

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and relationship-building

  • Experience with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn, Gem, etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Passion for building diverse teams and fostering inclusive hiring practices
