As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the team that is building Profound, not just our product, but our people. You will help shape how we find, engage, and hire incredible talent, delivering a thoughtful and high-touch candidate experience at every step. You will play a key role in defining how we grow by building the systems, habits, and culture that make Profound an extraordinary place to work.

What you’ll do
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring every candidate feels informed, valued, and supported

  • Serve as the face of Profound for candidates, guiding them through the process with empathy, precision, and warmth

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipelines, track progress, and keep the hiring engine running smoothly

  • Collaborate on recruiting programs and process improvements, helping the team scale efficiently while staying true to our culture

  • Play a hands-on role in building out the recruiting function, from tools and workflows to rituals and moments that make Profound feel human

Who you are
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, financial coordination, high-volume assistant work, entertainment systems, or similar high-volume operational fields

  • Passionate about people and deeply invested in creating great candidate experiences

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, thriving in a fast-moving environment and caring about doing things right

  • An exceptional communicator who knows how to build trust and bring calm to a dynamic process

  • Experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or people operations, with bonus experience supporting multiple teams or high-volume hiring

  • Excited to help shape a growing company from the ground up with curiosity, empathy, and a builder’s mindset

Location

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $90,000 to $100,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. Our recruiting team will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through hiring.
