The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing and managing human resources policies and programs, including employee relations, equal employment opportunity compliance, and HR strategy execution. This role partners with leadership to support both short- and long-term organizational objectives, provide consultative HR guidance, and foster a high-performance culture across the business.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Implement and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives in alignment with company goals
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure policies are administered fairly and consistently
  • Support the integrity of performance management processes and employee development efforts
  • Manage organizational change and provide consultation to leaders and supervisors
  • Assist with complex investigations and escalated employee issues
  • Ensure HR activities and local procedures remain compliant with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor processes and maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records
  • Review and oversee unemployment and workers' compensation claims
  • Maintain knowledge of employee benefit programs and oversee annual enrollment processes
  • Help build and sustain a high-performance culture across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to travel as needed

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience
  • 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree preferred
  • HR certification such as PHR or SPHR preferred
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between
$96,300.00 and $205,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
