This role reports into the SVP of Revenue Growth for our Integrated Services Business Unit—which encompasses our title, mortgage, insurance, and warranty product lines. This high-profile operational leadership role will be accountable for establishing our national Revenue Operations foundation, starting with the custom rollout of our HubSpot sales CRM to support 200+ sales team members across 40+ regions. We are looking for a strategic, collaborative RevOps leader to build scalable systems that empower our sales teams and drive performance across all markets.

Successful individuals in this role can plan on earning a competitive base salary and variable compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Build out the business unit’s first-ever revenue operations team.   Partner with sales leaders, finance, data, sales performance & marketing teams to assess the needs, scope, and strategy for the team. 

  • CRM Strategy & Implementation: 

    • Own the overall strategy, design, and implementation of our HubSpot CRM
    • Ensure that sales workflows are simple and effective; continuously gather field feedback to improve the user experience.
    • Lead all rollout and training of on CRM functionality and processes. 
    • Build scalable processes to maintain clear territory and sales coverage data. 

  • Data & Analytics Enablement: 

    • Partner with data, finance, and sales teams to improve our revenue focused reporting suite. Lead targeted sales training to increase reporting adoption and increase data fluency across our field organization.  
    • Operationalize advanced analytics assets - including predictive modeling and agent segmentations - into core business workflows.
    • Serve as the primary liaison for field inquiries, triaging data escalations to ensure swift, effective resolution & clear prioritization for data teams.
    • Maintain segmentation, matching, and territory management.

  • Goal Setting & Performance Mgmt: Establish robust KPI and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven goal-setting, performance management, and strategic decision-making across all regions. Own the end-to-end goal setting process in close partnership with sales leaders, finance, analytics and HR teams.


  • Team Leadership: Build a small high-performing RevOps team with a focus on continuous feedback loops and operational consistency across markets. Provide senior leadership team with updates on department scope, strategy, and impact. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy/Operations roles
  • Proven experience owning complex CRM strategy, process design, and custom system rollouts (HubSpot platform experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with finance and data teams on goal-setting, KPI development, and reporting suite rollouts; in close partnership with finance, data, and sales leaders  
  • Exceptional leadership communications skills with a track record of driving change across diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
