We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager with a strong background in Salesforce administration and GTM tech stack integration to support and scale our high-performing sales organization. This role will own day-to-day Salesforce optimization, migrate to a more organized account based infrastructure, help drive reporting and forecasting accuracy, and ensure seamless execution across tools like Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and more. This is a highly cross-functional role with a great opportunity to impact revenue outcomes across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Own Salesforce administration: manage users, fields, objects, workflows, dashboards, reporting, permissions, and processes.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations across the GTM tech stack: Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success to improve organization, process, and workflows.
  • Create and optimize dashboards and reports that surface key insights for GTM leadership.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new sales tools and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and serve as the go-to Salesforce expert for the sales team.
  • Help onboard new sales team members with CRM training and tool setup.

Requirements
  • 2+ years in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, high-growth environment.
  • Admin-level Salesforce proficiency required. Salesforce certification is a plus. Experience with GTM tools including Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, Drift, and ZoomInfo.
  • Deep understanding of CRM architecture, data flows, and integrations.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and data manipulation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver with a bias for execution.
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.
