Want a vanilla marketing job? This probably isn’t for you.

We’re looking for the Steven Spielberg of sales content: someone with sales experience who’s fired up about working with the top 1% of sales trainers and practitioners to create practical, actionable, and FUN sales training content.

If you’ve carried a quota and love the idea of taking the Director’s Chair at the #1 Media Company in Sales, keep reading.

This IS a content role (no quota!), but sales experience is required to succeed. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Sitting down with an AE who hit 302% of their number and helping them unpack their prospecting workflow on camera

  • Figuring out how to make territory planning training both USEFUL and FUN

  • Putting together a discovery call teardown with blue chip trainers like Jen Allen-Knuth, Mark Kosoglow, Jason Bay, Todd Caponi, and more

You’ll turn the stories of top 1% sellers into tactical, step-by-step breakdowns:

  • The Director for YouTube: From live cold calling and negotiation training to new podcast bits, you’ll help structure and storyboard concepts that make learning sales actually fun.

  • The Staff Writer for our Blog & Toolkits: You’ll partner with top sellers and leaders to write for the #1 sales newsletter on the internet, turning their President’s Club stories into tactical 30MPC breakdowns.

  • Everything Else: Launching our next course, dreaming up a sponsored concept that pushes the edge, or planning a new YouTube series. You’ll help bring the fun, tactical 30MPC content to life.

You’re a “seller who wants to be a marketer” or a marketer with sales expereience who brings these skills:

  • You have 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in tech.

  • You can break sales down into a science. You can explain what makes a discovery question work or exactly where a negotiation went off the rails.

  • You’re a phenomenal writer who’s excited to turn concepts and interviews into punchy, tactical newsletters and blog posts people actually want to read.

You’ll have a blast creating with us in NYC (because content magic happens face-to-face):

  • In-Person Location (NYC + Retreats!): You’ll work with me (hi, I’m Nick). I’m based in NYC, along with 75% of our team. We get together in person 3x per week because the best content jamming happens around a whiteboard, not on Zoom.

  • Compensation: We pay at the 75th percentile and offer performance-based bonuses for key roles to reward top performers. Compensation, level, and pay band depend on the candidate’s experience. Annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $145,000.

  • Benefits: We offer top notch healthcare, including a plan with fully covered premiums, a 401(k), and plenty of fun perks like team retreats. Our last stop was Costa Rica!

Want to dip your toes in first? We occasionally start with a paid 30-day trial so both sides can try working together before going full-time.

Ready to punch your ticket to President’s Club? We’d love to meet you!
