The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Generate new sales opportunities by responding quickly to inbound interest and running outbound outreach, then pass qualified prospects to account executives. This is an early, high-ownership sales role with direct exposure to company leadership and a path toward a closing position.
What you'll do
- Follow up by phone right away on qualified inbound leads.
- Keep scheduled meetings warm with reminders and follow-up touches so prospects attend their demos.
- Run outbound campaigns tied to industry events, including booking meetings and following up afterward.
- Prospect through cold calls, email, social messaging and short video outreach to create new demo opportunities.
- Hand qualified prospects to account executives for discovery and demo conversations.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Excellent written English, with the ability to write crisp, personalized emails free of corporate jargon.
- At least 2 months of SDR or BDR experience with a track record of strong call volume.
- Confidence and fluency on cold calls, including under pressure.
- Experience in an early-stage or fast-paced sales organization.
- Comfort engaging discerning, high-expectation buyers in a consultative way.
- A bachelor's degree or completion of an SDR bootcamp or feeder program.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools and a CRM, such as HubSpot.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week.
