About the Role 

We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in New York City. As an SDR at Ubiquity, you'll be at the front lines of our growth, working a mix of targeted cold outbound and warm inbound leads from our partner and marketing channels. You'll qualify prospects, spark meaningful conversations, and book meetings that set our Senior Retirement Plan Consultants up for success. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career in fintech sales.

What You'll Do 

  • Work targeted outbound prospect lists via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate net-new pipeline
  • Follow up on warm leads from our partner network and marketing channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects against our ideal customer profile
  • Book discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Senior Retirement Plan Consultants
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and contact records in Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion
  • Develop a strong understanding of Ubiquity's product offering and the small business retirement landscape

Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social channels on a daily basis
  • Respond to and qualify warm leads from partner and marketing sources within defined SLA windows
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline generated
  • Partner with RPCs to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent prospect experience
  • Contribute to process improvements, sharing what's working, what isn't, and helping sharpen the playbook
  • Represent Ubiquity's mission and brand with professionalism in every prospect interaction

Skills and Experience Required 

  • Hybrid Work Environment - Based in New York City, this role blends in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work, giving you the best of both worlds.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retirement or financial services industry preferred.
