We are seeking a seasoned and strategic sales leader to architect the future of our enterprise and multi-location sales division. This is a role for a proven performer who has built their career in the ad-tech world and deeply understands the nuances of selling complex marketing solutions to franchise and enterprise clients. You’re not just a seller; you're a strategist, a relationship builder, and a leader ready to make a foundational impact at a high-growth company.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Execute Strategy: You will develop and own the go-to-market strategy for our key verticals, identifying target accounts and building a predictable pipeline to drive net-new business.
  • Lead High-Stakes Sales Cycles: You'll navigate and manage sophisticated, C-level sales processes from initial discovery to close, demonstrating the tangible business value of our platform.
  • Drive Market Expansion: Develop and nurture strong relationships within our target markets, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value and expand revenue.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Collaborate closely with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, providing critical market feedback to influence our product roadmap and overall strategy.
  • Forecast with Precision: Maintain a clear and accurate forecast of sales activity and revenue achievement.
  • Build the Team: As a foundational member of our sales leadership, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing future team members as we scale.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 7-10+ years of technology sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas in the media, ad-tech or mar-tech space.
  • Domain Mastery: Deep expertise selling directly to multi-location and franchise brands is essential. You understand their unique challenges and speak their language.
  • A High-Growth Trajectory: You have likely thrived at a major digital marketing platform, progressing through the ranks from an Account Executive to a senior or enterprise-level role.
  • Expert-Level Knowledge: A sophisticated understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid search, social media, display, and analytics.
  • Executive Presence: You are a natural leader and strategist with exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable influencing C-suite executives.
  • Founder's Mentality: You are an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited to build, innovate, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preference: For candidates based in the New York Metropolitan Area. We are open to remote candidates based in the US.
