About the Team:

The Sales Enablement team at AlphaSense is an integrated and dynamic team that works cross-functionally to drive results for the Revenue organization. We identify skill gaps, knowledge gaps and opportunities for optimization to shape a scalable enablement strategy that improves overall efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team. Our team is extremely passionate about continuous employee growth and helping others realize and reach their full potential while maximizing output across the organization.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Product Enablement Lead who believes that revenue teams should understand the product as deeply as the market demands - and knows how to architect programs that turn complex technical capabilities into field-ready commercial momentum.

Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Product Marketing (PMM), and the Revenue organization, this role has three distinct mandates:

  • First, you’ll co-own end-to-end launch readiness and commercial execution. When product teams ship new features, platform updates, or major releases, you ensure the entire Revenue organization (AEs, AMs, CSMs, and Solutions) is fully equipped to position the value, conduct high-impact demos, and close deals from day one.
  • Second, you’ll drive technical fluency and persona mastery. You’ll translate intricate technical architecture - including our API ecosystem, integrations/connectors, AI reasoning capabilities, and enterprise infosec/governance - into crisp, accessible talk tracks and objection-handling playbooks that empower reps to engage technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, IT, and AI leaders) with credibility.
  • Third, you’ll build scalable product mastery and continuous learning alongside the Product Enablement team. You’ll establish structured product onboarding paths, demo certification standards, and live coaching sessions that decrease time-to-productivity for new hires and keep tenured reps sharp, while running structured feedback loops that bring field insights back to Product.

Who You Are:

  • A technical translator and storyteller: You possess deep intellectual curiosity and excel at demystifying complex platform mechanics, APIs, and AI architectures into value-focused narratives tailored to buyer personas.
  • A strategic launch orchestrator: You bring rigorous project management discipline to multi-stakeholder launches, keeping cross-functional teams aligned across aggressive release schedules.
  • A curriculum and program builder: You know how to design multi-tiered learning journeys, hands-on demo certifications, and asynchronous knowledge bases that drive measurable skill adoption rather than passive attendance.
  • A trusted cross-functional partner: You seamlessly navigate Product Managers, Technical PMMs, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Leaders, building consensus and alignment across competing priorities.
  • An engaging coach and facilitator: You command the room during live training, inspire confidence in customer-facing reps, and love coaching individuals through live demo simulations and tough customer objections.
  • A data-informed operator: You measure enablement by pipeline generation, feature adoption, demo certification pass rates, and win rates, constantly iterating based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Product Launch Enablement: Partner with Product Management, Technical PMM, and Engineering to design and execute launch enablement playbooks across minor updates, major quarterly releases, and net-new product lines.
  • Drive Technical Persona Readiness: Partner with Security, Product, and Solutions teams to build sales playbooks around enterprise security, data privacy, integrations, and APIs, giving reps the confidence to navigate technical vetting and security evaluations.
  • Build Demo Standards & Certifications: Define "what good looks like" for product demonstrations. Build structured certification programs that validate field proficiency in showcasing differentiated product value and technical workflows.
  • Architect Product Onboarding Paths: Design, deliver, and continuously optimize the core product training curriculum for new revenue hires, accelerating time-to-first-deal and product fluency across segments.
  • Curate the Product Knowledge Engine: Build and maintain an intuitive single source of truth for the field, including release cheat sheets, competitive battlecards, customer-facing FAQ guides, and demo environments.
  • Facilitate Closed-Loop Field Feedback: Establish a systematic mechanism to collect field friction, objection trends, and customer feature requests, feeding actionable intelligence back to Product and PMM to inform the roadmap.
  • Evaluate & Iterate on Business Impact: Define and track key readiness metrics (e.g., certification completion, feature pitch adoption, cycle time reduction on new products, and pipeline velocity), using data to address knowledge gaps proactively.
