Role Overview
As the Sales Enablement manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales success by equipping our sales team with the knowledge, tools and frameworks they need to excel.

We are seeking a motivated, commercially aware leader that will partner and collaborate with cross functional team including sales, product, solution consulting, success, marketing and revenue operations to develop and implement effective sales enablement programs.

 You will be responsible for creating a training curriculum and materials, organizing sales enablement events, and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement reporting into the SVP of Global Sales.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement curriculum to support the sales team.
  • Create engaging training materials, presentations to support new hire onboarding, product launches, ongoing sales certifications and specific sales plays.
  • Work closely with product enablement, and marketing to manage communications to ensure that the sales team are informed of product updates, competitive changes, positioning, etc.
  • Manage the adoption and governance of sales enablement tools (e.g.Eloomi and Gong)
  • Standardize the global enablement programs to ensure a global standard and understanding of our sales methodology (COM,Meddpicc) and forecasting.
  • Support the sales leaders to Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Proactively improve upon existing processes and tools in collaboration with marketing, sales
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs by identifying and tracking key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive rep productivity.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales training role
  • Deep empathy for sales and sales processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and project management skills
  • Team player that excels in a fast-paced working environment

Compensation: 

Base Salary: $117,000 - $144,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
