We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.

  • Financial Management: Own revenue forecasting, manage quota planning across accounts, and ensure accurate, consistent reporting across the team to align with organizational goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, research, operations, and creator teams to build innovative, performance-driven advertising solutions aligned with market conditions.

  • Talent Development: Invest in the growth of team members through active coaching, mentorship, and structured performance management.

  • Landscape Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in the media and podcast landscape, translating industry knowledge into a strategic market advantage.

  • Whitespace Identification: Help shape go-to-market strategies for genres like True Crime, Comedy, Sports, News, and Commentary while identifying emerging performance advertiser categories.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze revenue performance, pipeline health, and market trends to optimize overall revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 10+ years of digital/media sales experience, including 3+ years of direct management experience at a major media company.

  • Industry Background: Experience in Podcasting and Creator-led media is highly preferred.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in advertising sales with a history of exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals.
