About the Role

MediaRadar is seeking an exceptional, performance-driven Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth, penetrate target accounts, and scale a high-velocity Mid-Market sales team within our core MediaRadar Advertising Intelligence product line.

This high-impact hybrid role sits at the intersection of strategic deal execution and elite sales enablement. Built specifically for a proven SaaS closer and player-coach, you will own a high-visibility personal quota while deploying modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger) to mentor, sharpen, and scale a team of ambitious Account Executives selling into the publisher and adtech ecosystems.

You will drive full-cycle revenue performance—from shaping go-to-market strategies with executive leadership to co-selling on complex, enterprise-level adtech and publisher deals. If you thrive in a metric-driven, fast-paced SaaS environment, possess a deep network across ad sales and media ecosystems, and excel at building repeatable sales playbooks, this role offers direct impact on our GTM trajectory and significant career leverage.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed individual annual sales targets and account objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business and cross-sell opportunities within assigned verticals and accounts.
  • Expand existing client relationships through upselling.
  • Create and execute strategic territory plans to grow revenue and expand client impact.
  • Deliver compelling proposals, demos, and presentations to articulate the value of MediaRadar's Advertising Intelligence solutions.
  • Forge C-suite partnerships with top-tier industry decision-makers.
  • Maintain a deep command of evolving advertising trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Exercise absolute operational hygiene in Salesforce.com, driving flawless forecasting and sharing critical market intelligence across the organization.

Team Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead and hire a team of Account Executives and Sales Directors, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring quota attainment.
  • Instill radical accountability through high-energy pipeline reviews, dynamic 1:1 coaching, and collaborative deal-cracking sessions
  • Build a high-performance team culture rooted in MediaRadar’s core values and growth mindset.
  • Serve as a resource for team members in navigating complex deals, structuring proposals, and overcoming objections.
  • Collaborate directly with Commercial and Revenue Operations leadership to fine-tune forecasting models, resource allocation, and advanced sales training initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Represent your team in strategic planning and contribute to broader go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

What You’ve Done:

  • 5–7+ years of experience selling SaaS or data-driven solutions into the ad tech or publishing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the advertising, media, or marketing intelligence industries.
  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and leveling up sales professionals
  • Demonstrated success in steering intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and building trusted advisor relationships with senior executives.
  • Expert-level command of forecasting, pipeline physics, and CRM best practices—specifically within Salesforce.
  • Skilled in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively, both in writing and presentations.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent listening skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
