About the Role

The Uber for Business Revenue Tech team focuses on designing, building, and scaling systems and programs that improve GTM productivity. This role is central to making sure demand moves through the commercial ecosystem with speed, accuracy, and clear ownership.

The Funnel Operations & Automation position owns the health, performance, and continuous improvement of the U4B lead funnel—from the moment a lead enters the funnel through assignment, processing, and seller action.

You will serve as the operational owner for key funnel processes and technologies, primarily LeanData, that leads are accurately routed, sellers receive the right opportunities quickly, and funnel processes are measurable, scalable, and increasingly automated. 

This is not a reporting or tool-administration role. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of how the funnel works, proactively identify where it is breaking down, communicate performance and issues clearly, and drive improvements through resolution.

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and external vendors to translate business needs into effective processes, technology improvements, and automated workflows.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the operational health of the lead funnel from entry → qualification/processing → assignment → seller action. Establish and monitor performance metrics, identify friction and leakage, and proactively drive corrective actions
  • Serve as the business owner for LeanData and lead-routing operations. Maintain routing logic, assignment rules, SLAs, exception handling, and ownership processes to ensure opportunities consistently reach the right seller
  • Own the measurement and continuous improvement of speed-to-lead. Diagnose sources of delay, quantify business impact, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology to improve response times
  • Manage provisioning, configuration, and ongoing support for key funnel technologies. Turn recurring issues and support requests into systemic improvements, standardization, and automation rather than one-off fixes
  • Develop and maintain the reporting and analytical framework needed to understand funnel performance, including volume, routing accuracy, SLA attainment, aging, rejection, reassignment, seller action, and conversion
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and translate them into opportunities for workflow automation. Partner with Revenue Tech and Engineering to implement scalable improvements
  • Identify high-volume seller questions and funnel pain points that can be addressed through self-service, AI-powered guidance, or autonomous support. Define the desired seller experience, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve the use cases
  • Own communication around funnel health, operational issues, changes, and performance. Establish clear owners for problems and ensure issues are driven through resolution across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and technical teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify the funnel, improve seller experience, reduce manual work, and increase conversion. You will be expected to find the problem, understand the root cause, and help drive the solution rather than wait for a request
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, GTM Systems, or a similar field
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with lead and record routing in LeanData or similar tool 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with CRM and GTM technologies and managing operational processes at scale
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to move from data → diagnosis → recommendation → action
  • Experience defining, monitoring, or improving operational KPIs and SLAs
  • Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear process and technology requirements
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and technical stakeholders
  • High ownership and initiative: you proactively identify problems, communicate issues clearly, and drive them through resolution
  • Salesforce experience, particularly with Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Opportunities
  • Experience with lead lifecycle management, speed-to-lead, funnel conversion, or routing SLAs
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or other approaches for independently analyzing funnel performance
  • Experience with workflow automation, integrations, or low-code/no-code technologies
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled or agentic workflows and their application to GTM operations
Responsibilities

For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $106,000 per year - USD $118,000 per year.


For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $106,000 per year - USD $118,000 per year.


For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
