We are looking to bring on a strategic, analytical and self-motivated Account Manager to manage and grow campaigns within several of our top verticals. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, thrive on challenges, and truly enjoy building relationships, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic partner to, and own the relationship with existing clients within assigned verticals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insight to both Fluent and the client to support growth
  • Identify and execute on new opportunities
  • Identify needs within assigned verticals and work closely with sales to inform them of best practices, strategies, etc.
  • Become an expert in assigned verticals to help guide internal teams to develop effective strategies for specific categories
  • Own monthly billing

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter: self-motivated and takes initiative. Ability to make informed decisions and come up with new ideas on their own.
  • Efficiency: Quick thinking, completes tasks ahead of deadlines, sense of urgency, ACTION ORIENTED
  • Critical Thinking: high comprehension skills, ability to understand and simplify complex information or data sets, ability to make quick connections between facts
  • Organization: Ability to multi-task and manage own time under pressure
  • Curiosity: constantly learning, figuring things out, solving problems with new ideas
  • Relationship: Ability to work and communicate effectively with both internal and external parties, and yielding positive results based on building rapport and trust

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in finance, performance marketing, or start-ups
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers as well as engaging with clients; ability to channel both skill-sets as required
  • Team player – able to work cohesively towards a shared goal as well as individual goals
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
