As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you are the primary point of contact responsible for customer success through the management of program deliveries and customer relationships. The prevailing business priority is the customers’ successful adoption and productive use of OwnBackup solutions. You are front and center with our customers ensuring they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day Role
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Perform customer Account Health Analysis
- Create quotes for renewals
- RequestPOs for invoicing purposes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- As needed, from time to time, willingness to respond to customers in the early morning hours
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday
Your Work Experience
- Should have 1-2 years in administrative work
- Must be a consistent performer in current role
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
- Experience using Salesforce / CRM as an end-user
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts
- Able to operate effectively both independently and within a team.
- Takes initiative, intellectually curious, and has a desire to learn.
Important Details
This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our New Jersey office to maximize collaboration and interaction with business development reps and account executives.
