Channel Activation Manager

The Channel Activation Manager will focus on channel enablement across all of Movable Ink’s GTM teams including Sales, Solutions, and Client Experience. You’ll be responsible for assisting in bringing our new channel products to market while ensuring that go to market teams are empowered to sell and service this new functionality. This role allows you to take a strategic position on Movable Ink’s Business Development team as well as working closely with our sales, solutions, and client experience teams on bringing new exciting channel products to market.
Responsibilities:
- Enable our sales team on new channel products by orchestrating quarterly pitch training sessions with Account Executives
- Work closely with our product marketing team to create a library of demo’s, pitches and discovery sessions that our sales team can utilize in the sales cycle
- Assist with creating/maintaining frameworks on measuring success for all clients utilizing new channel products (testing, ROI analysis, crawl-walk-run framework)
- Assist with creating/maintaining guides for common implementation challenges when utilizing new channel product features
- Collaborate with internal training team to ensure Movable Ink University training content is up-to-date and reflects current positioning and feasibility
- Collaborate with the team on a new channel salesforce dashboard for correct tracking and accountability
Qualifications:
- 2 years of go to market experience in either sales, solutions, or client experience in either a prior SaaS or services firm
- Understanding of digital marketing technologies that expand past email and an understanding of how technologies work together to deliver rich experiences for clients
- Ability to understand technical concepts, and explain to various levels of technical aptitude
- Sales and Services aptitude with the ability to lead discussions with account executives, account managers and marketers
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
