CreatorIQ is growing and has several new job openings including a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, for our social media SaaS platform.  Our platform provides the workflow management and intelligence to build, execute, and measure influencer-driven branded content campaigns. The product is growing, and your insights can have a strategic impact on our future development.  As a trusted Customer Success Manager for our enterprise business you will be responsible for directing our key accounts through the full post-sales customer journey from enablement through commercial milestones.

You will be counted on for building and nurturing healthy relationships with our accounts, providing consultative recommendations and solutions, which in turn will help grow CreatorIQ's top-line revenue through larger renewals and upsells. Revenue growth is measured by the number and size of new accounts within their named portfolio, and retention and growth of existing accounts. Hence this role has a heavy and important emphasis on keeping accounts healthy, providing product feedback to the team, and driving CRM initiatives. You will work in tandem with a smart, fun loving and supportive team and report to a dynamic Customer Success Manager.  In addition to all of this, if you have a passion for helping others develop and enjoy a culture of feedback, we can’t wait to hear from you.

Description:

  • Develop and maintain a high technical understanding of CreatorIQ’s product and its value proposition and be able to communicate it effectively to customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships that enable you to be viewed as a trusted advisor from onboarding to growth to renewal. Identify opportunities and strategies to develop future investment opportunities, including identifying key milestones and inflection points where we’ll be able to offer new solutions.
  • Beyond the current direct contact, you will be responsible for identifying the influential executives (often in other departments), that are facing high-value problems, and develop a connection with them. Develop recommendations that will solve their pain points.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide valuable contributions and insightful views from your interactions with customers. Share key learnings that help your team members learn and grow.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for influencer marketing, substantial experience with account management, account mapping, solutions selling and operations.
  • Very strong and successful strategic relationship skills working with large, global enterprise PR/digital agencies is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, strategy, and/or business development within a SaaS, Ad-tech, Mar-tech, ecommerce, or social media technology environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to be able to command the attention of fast paced people, set expectations, showcase results, influence adaptation of our tools, encourage growth and problem solve.
  • Proven success at finding key stakeholders, make a meaningful connection and building a positive relationship with them. In particular, able to identify who the successors may be in a business that has fast revolving doors and making contact in advance of the change. Getting ahead of the people transitions will be important to your success.
  • A diligent executor with a relentless drive to get stuff done with self-motivation and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills will be helpful. Effective problem-solving, prioritization, organization, and a commitment to detail is required.
  • High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
  • Be eager to learn and learn some more! Get ready to manage some chaos and to create a lot of fun!

An Insider's view of CreatorIQ

What are some social events your company does?

CreatorIQ does such a great job of getting the team together! In this remote world, so many of us come from all over and CIQ makes it a point to invite everyone. My favorite events include: a Zoom flower arrangement class, mini golf with the team, and learning how to properly play ping pong!

Demetrius

Senior Account Executive, Agency

What does your typical day look like?

My day starts with trainings. Then I review slack channels and emails. I continue my day by working on product solutions for the platform, doing research, brainstorming with the team, and writing down actual feature requirements. After lunch, close to the evening, I have several meeting to finish my day.

Oleksandra

How does the company support your career growth?

Becoming an industry knowledge expert was a goal of mine when I first started at CIQ and our leadership team supported me with the resources and time I needed to achieve my goals. CreatorIQ also provided me a safe space to show up as my authentic self which was a game-changer. My manager was instrumental in fast-tracking my path to leadership.

Sasha

Director of Customer Success East Coast

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

I make myself available by fostering a culture of transparency and reliability. If my team asks for something, I respond quickly to either address the concern or provide a timeline for doing so. I never put myself above my team—I make it clear that we're all in this together, and their time is every bit as valuable as my own.

Alex

Director of Content Marketing

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

I like to think my managers enforce the work-life balance that I have at CreatorIQ. We can manage our workloads as we see fit, which helps us create a work-life balance that works best. Collectively, the team also contributes to this, as we check in on each other to ensure that we are not overworked and have the support needed to be successful.
