Narmi's Co-Founders previously ran a financial institution as CEO and CTO so understand the challenges and needs of the market first-hand. This gives us a unique competitive advantage and heavily influences our product and engineering efforts.
Customers are the lifeblood of Narmi. They drive us to build more products and features, show us their outsized success with our platform, and are the main reason we come to work everyday. To that extent, we need the best people possible managing these relationships and ensuring all Narmi customers see the maximum amount of success when working with us.
Narmi is looking for a talented Digital Consultant who interfaces directly with customers during their post sales experience. The Digital Consultant is responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and will grow to become a subject matter expert on Narmi’s Platform. We are looking for candidates with enterprise customer facing experience and excellent communication skills.
Digital Consultants are expected to deliver a balance between product knowledge, technical acumen and customer strategy. They are expected to understand the needs of existing customers during the post-sales process and deliver high-quality demos of the Narmi Platform. Digital Consultants will handle multiple customers at various stages of their post-sales journey with Narmi. Examples include leading customer product demonstrations to a recently onboarded financial institution or showcasing a new feature on Narmi’s Platform to an existing customer.
This is a high impact role with significant growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions and technical oriented product demonstrations and training sessions catered to customers in their post-sales journey
- Showcase a deep understanding of the Narmi Platform’s features and functionality
- Understand Narmi’s release process and monthly product enhancements. Communicate with customers to ensure that they understand the latest releases.
- Partner with internal teams to identify current product usage and develop strategies to increase product penetration and awareness
- Understand how features and functionality of the Narmi Platform apply uniquely to each financial institution
- Digest new features from the product and engineering teams from both a technical and functionality standpoint
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills; with comfort presenting to and influencing C-Suite and VP level stakeholders at large enterprise organizations
- Strong technical or product foundation, with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them to a customer who may not know as much as you do
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong interest in B2B FinTech or prior experience in digital banking/digital account opening. Experience working with financial institutions in a digital capacity is desirable
- A proactive, roll-up-your sleeves approach to accomplishing tasks
- 4-7 years of experience in consulting or product management
