Once an attorney on any case speaks with us, we immediately help them consult with industry specialists and key opinion leaders to educate and inform them while navigating through any theory of liability, causation, and damages.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual with a data-driven mindset and a strong sales operations background to join our team as Director, Sales Operations. This role will have total ownership in developing and implementing scalable processes that increase the effectiveness and productivity of the sales function. You will work closely with the SVP of Sales to assess the needs and strategy of the Business Development, Marketing and Senior Leadership teams to create quality reports, insights and actionable, data-backed solutions.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
As Director, Sales Operations, you will use your understanding of business analytics, sales processes and data management to run the systems and operations of the sales team. You will use your advanced knowledge of Salesforce to shape the future of the company’s sales process. In addition, you will implement strategic technologies to build our tech stack. Your sales operations initiatives will assist in scaling a team of sales professionals across the country.
- Sales Metrics & KPIs: Own the sales metrics and gather insights, interpret data, and share the implications.
- Forecasting & Strategic Planning: Analyze trends to help the company make informed decisions about creating new business and retaining existing clients.
- Process Improvement: Recognize opportunities that add business value then collaborate with internal leaders to streamline processes.
- Reporting Infrastructure: Create dashboards and quality reports that increase visibility into sales processes and address the needs of business partners.
- Performance Incentives: Create effective performance-based incentives for different levels of our sales team.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with an emphasis on Business/Marketing, MIS, Analytics or related field.
- 3-5+ years of sales operations experience in a successful SaaS-based business required
- Advanced experience using Salesforce.com.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- In-depth experience constructing complex Excel-based models such as sales territory optimization models, incentive plans, quota setting, and key performance indicators.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into a simple and actionable explanation.
- Desire to build and lead a future sales operations team.
