We are looking for an Enterprise Growth Lead to lead our efforts in engaging and partnering with payers across existing and new health plan products, to collaborate with the team to refine our positioning and messaging for health plans, and to build empathy for and act as the voice of payers in new product development.

What we’re looking for in this role:
- 6+ years of Business Development or Consulting experience
- Experience working with or at a health plan
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations with varying C-Suite stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability to build revenue-generating partnerships with health plans across different levels of the organization
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of engaging and collaborating with enterprises in data-driven settings
- Ability to provide market feedback across go-to-market and technical teams to ensure rapid product and communication improvements
- Develop new relationships and strike revenue-generating partnerships with health plans
- Lead entire partnership process from qualification through close; including managing pricing and contract negotiations and working closely with Ribbon’s legal counsel
- Be present where our partners are; attend conferences and industry events and spend time with our partners
- Provide voice of health plans across all teams to further develop company empathy for our partners’ problems
- Collaborate across the organization to refine Ribbon’s perspective on our go-to-market efforts for health plans
