Global Sales Compensation Manager
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Global Sales Compensation Manager to join our Human Resources team. As a Global Sales Compensation Manager you will own our sales incentive process. You will be the main point of contact to plan, design and implementation of a 200+ global sales force. As well as ongoing administration of the plans which includes the quarterly processing of payments.
The ideal candidate has the ability to work across multiple department such as Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Human Resources with a strong desire to design world-class sales incentive plans to drive the strategies incentives. You should be able to not take yourself too seriously as well.
What you’ll do:
- Create, manage, and roll-out sales compensation plans globally, across multiple business segments, ensuring payments are accurate/timely and paid in accordance with plan provisions
- Create, review, approve and distribute comp plans on a timely basis on an annual basis and for all New Hires
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all quarterly submission provided to Finance (where the team that calculates payment resides)
- Lead development of compensation communication materials and trainings
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers and sales leaders to address questions regarding compensation plans, and perform research as needed to help resolve issues, and develop appropriate solutions to resolve exception payment requirements
- Facilitate sales compensation escalation review, track and communicate appeal decisions, and implement outcomes
- Understand and align with the strategic initiatives and focus of the business through the global comp plans and design process
- Facilitate the aggregation of MBOs with Sales leadership to support calculations against bonus plans.
Who you are and what you have:
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a global organization
- Advanced excel skills required; working with large data sets in applications such as Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams (sales, finance, sales ops, HR)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
