We are getting ready to launch and scale a stealth startup, ready to transform the medical aesthetics and beauty space. With funding already in place, this startup is well positioned to disrupt the multi-billion dollar US medical aesthetics market, infusing cutting edge technology and killer content into an industry primed for innovation. We are looking for a Head of Partnerships / Chief Revenue Officer to join our motivated team in New York City.

What You Will Do:

  • Be a key player in the growth and expansion plans of the company across consumer ventures by building strong and lasting revenue-driving partnerships
  • Lead and develop the partnership strategy and execution across one or more Moonwalker ventures
  • Develop and meet key metrics for success, partnerships and revenue
  • Create a standardized sales outreach process including developing pitch materials with marketing and communications to convert potential partners
  • Coordinate sales rocess and execution across ventures
  • Lead the successful acquisition of new external partners and revenue drivers
  • Identify key strategic partners across the beauty, health and wellness channels
  • Attend relevant trade shows, professional conferences etc. to cultivate relationships with potential partners
  • Develop quarterly execution plans, including revenue forecasting
  • Enterprise partners may include leading health, beauty and wellness companies as well as advertisers in other categories
  •  Make a great first impression to our potential external partners and fill our integration pipeline
  • Be an ambassador for Moonwalker ventures and the Moonwalker vision
  • Articulate benefits of partnership, including presentation/discussions with C-suite executives of our potential partners
  • Cultivate relationship with partners and troubleshoot partner experience issues to maximize ongoing loyalty to Moonwalker ventures
  • Establish a robust pipeline of partners for each venture and monitor that pipeline and lead to create sustainable growth.
  • Design and implement tools and processes to acquire new enterprise partners efficiently
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads to fuel our growth
  • Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline account planning and proposals
  • Structure partnership arrangements creatively to deliver highest value for Moonwalker ventures
  • Establish, develop and meet key metrics for success, partnership and revenue
  • Prospect and close relationships with key target clients
  • Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle form customer acquisition to engagement to success.
  • Function as a reliable contact person for potential partners from the first contact through to conclusion of agreement and their integration onto the platform
  • Work with various teams within the company including development, UX, support, sales, and account management 
  • Build relationships and develop key strategic initiatives
  • Hire and manage a team as relevant
  • Build a best in class sales and account management team
  • Build and train individuals and team in Sales and Account Management
  • Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning and proposals

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of Sales and Account Management experience; preferably with a focus on scalable platform solutions
  • Understanding of platforms, APIs, 3rd party integrations, mobile technologies, micro-services architecture is a big plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability of building relationships to gain buy-in and achieve business results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate ideas effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Diverse skills in sales, client/account management, partnerships, deal structuring, consulting, project management, and brand strategy are a plus
  • A network in the beauty, health and/or wellness industry is a definitely plus but not a requirement
  • Willingness to relocate to New York City
