On the back of multi-year growth, IEX is looking to grow our direct efforts with more quantitatively driven execution firms. As head of a newly formed team and effort, reporting directly to the COO, the Head of Quantitative Execution Sales will be responsible for: 

Responsibilities: 

• Developing and building relationships with quantitatively driven buy side and sell side firms 
• Communicating the IEX value proposition to our clients 
• Collecting feedback from our clients and working closely with our product development teams to build solutions for all our clients 

Your background:  

• A proven track record selling execution or technology solutions catered to quantitative trading firms 
• Self-starter who is motivated and passionate about equity execution and market structure 
• Team player who can work cross functionally to deliver solutions for our clients 
• Active Series 7 and 63 licenses
