Overview:
The Partner Team at Trustpilot is tasked with developing, implementing and optimizing Trustpilot’s growth strategy through partnerships with best-in-class technology companies. You will help shape the future of Trustpilot’s technology partner program and work directly with executives and senior leaders on to drive innovative new ecommerce and application integrations that add value to Trustpilot customers. This is a strategic role that requires multiple touch points across departments and geographies to drive the central goal of widespread adoption of partner integrations by Trustpilot customers.
We are looking for a motivated and analytical self-starter who is comfortable striving in less structured environments and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish. In addition to forging strong relationships quickly, you have the ability to ‘programize’ the partnership experience for both sides.
The ideal candidate will be in tune with the key players in our industry and have a passion for helping Trustpilot WIN! You bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgement, along with the ability to think about what is and more importantly, what could be.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Trustpilot Technology Partner Program
- Foster current relationships at the executive level with our existing portfolio of partners and define the roadmap for future technology partners
- Work alongside product and marketing teams to determine the go to market strategy for future product integrations
- Serve as a cross-functional member of the partnerships leader team with a focus on delivering business results on a global scale
- Advise and implement procedures to measure impact of technology partners and integrations and report results to the global teams
- Develop business cases for partnership opportunities to obtain approvals and resources from internal stakeholders for new integrations
- Report results from tech partners on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Share feedback from partner clients to inform our product roadmap and operations
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in partner / business development roles; developed network in e-commerce and relevant SaaS ecosystem preferred
- 1+ years experience managing a high performing team
- Solid experience building technology and channel partnerships
- Strong network and industry knowledge within the ecommerce and digital marketing ecosystems
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders through executive level presentation creation and delivery
- Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
