Meeting your future team:

As an Inside Sales Team Lead for Federal, you will be responsible for supporting Collibra’s growth strategy. You’ll be the first point of contact with our customers and prospects and you will serve as a leader and mentor to other team members, including our Carahsoft partners, who help us drive growth in the public sector space by improving the quality and quantity of Public Sector lead generation. You will have an integral position within Collibra, working closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and our vendor partners to ensure our top of the funnel success.

Inside Sales Team Leads at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Onboarding and mentoring the Carahsoft business development team to identify and create well-qualified sales leads through out-bound calling and in-bound follow-up
  •  Partnering closely to provide critical support to the public sector channel manager
  • Build collaborative relationships with external vendors such as Carahsoft, field operations and marketing operations to allocate Federal tooling and resources 
  • Following-up and qualifying inbound leads from web inquiries, demonstration requests, content downloads, webinars, conferences
  • Executing targeted out-bound campaign to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange a product introduction
  • Arranging discovery calls and well-qualified product demonstrations for field sales & pre-sales team
  • Achieving individual as well as team performance metrics whilst maintaining quality

You Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or project management roles with an understanding of business development and sales processes
  • Demonstrated experience using high impact prospecting skills to navigate large institutions while engaging C-level/ line of business executives
  • 1-2 years experience with business development process workflow, and tooling such as platforms such Salesforce.com, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift 
  • Experience with using enterprise applications, BI/analytics, big data or data management solutions. 

You Are:

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator and leader who communicates clearly and often (you have excellent qualifying, presentation and communication skills)
  • Able to conceptually understand our solution and explain it on a high level in a demo environment 
  • Self-starter or worked in a startup environment
  • Experienced in player coach roles
  • Familiar with the Public Sector industry
  • A leader who can work well cross functionally

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will get set for onboarding, get comfortable with the systems and processes, get to know the Collibra and Carahsoft Teams
  • Within your third month, you will be fully ramped, build rapport with cross-functional teams and be proficient with the Collibra value proposition
  • Within your sixth month, you will be able to showcase the Collibra platform, achieving performance metrics as an individual contributor as well as a Carahsoft team lead
