We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with our Revenue and Product teams, you will join a small team that drives outsize impact in sales learning and enablement for Snap’s revenue organization. Working from our New York, NY office, you will work closely with a wide array of cross-functional partners to ensure Snap’s revenue teams are going to market with the best possible knowledge, resources, and tools.
What you'll do:
- Work across Sales Enablement initiatives to develop best-in-class ILT, VILT, and e-learning programs to ensure that learning experiences are scalable, robust, fun, and effective
- Design and lead the rollout of updated product certification programs
- Support the development of core curricula for sales, including sales skills, manager development, product knowledge, tool expertise, and professional development
- Socialize and evangelize adult learning best practices across sales cross-functional teams
- Develop and prioritize new strategies, enablement initiatives, and programs
- Support the design and content production for Snap’s annual Global Sales Offsite
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, organizational development, or related field
- 4+ years of experience working in a learning or enablement related team in a tech or media
- Experience with e-learning authoring (i.e. Articulate, Evolve) and LMS administration (i.e. Exceed, Bridge)
- Experience crafting and facilitating learning programs for large teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with designing statistical analysis to tie enablement initiatives to revenue attainment
- Proven business sense and problem solving, project management, and analytical skills
- Ability to initiate and lead projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
- Comfort dealing with changing environments and operating under high levels of ambiguity
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising sales; sales experience a plus
