Partner Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a Partner Sales Specialist to join our Partnerships team! Working closely with the Partner Sales team, you will work across the Partnerships, Content, and Sales organizations to drive revenue growth for Snap Content. Working from our New York office, you’ll collaborate with external partners and our internal teams, such as Sales, Editorial, Product, and Business Operations, to facilitate conversations around strategy and operations for selling their advertising inventory on Snapchat. Some of our Sports partners include ESPN, Turner, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NBC, and many others.
What you’ll do:
- Support Sports partners in every aspect of day-to-day workflow
- Assist external Sports partner sales teams in effectively positioning Snapchat within broader multi-media campaigns
- Build go-to-market plans, including product narrative, positioning, and activation strategies
- Successfully rollout never seen before content opportunities to market by leading cross-functional teams including Sales, Communications, Marketing, and Legal
- Manage the communication with the Snapchat sales team of Partner opportunities and develop strategies to increase Partner Sales
- Interact closely with Partners and maintain strong supportive relationships with their ad sales and publishing teams
- Build and manage tools for Partners to improve forecasting and planning with their media sales
- Work with our Sales Strategy and Operations team on developing pricing and packaging options to assist Sports partners in co-pitching up-front/large spend opportunities to advertisers where applicable
- Collaborate closely with our Ad Operations team on all campaign trafficking and management for Partner sold campaigns
- Conduct weekly and monthly analysis on Partner Sales health across both Live & Discover
What we’re looking for:
- BA/BS in related field
- 3+ years professional experience in content business development, brand advertising, product marketing, media sales, and/or other relevant mobile/digital marketing experience
- Ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives
- A team player who can successfully work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Snapchat and across Partner organizations
- An ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate results clearly and effectively
- Someone who’s comfortable dealing with changing environments and operating under high levels of uncertainty
- Passionate about mobile advertising with a solid vision
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills in order to drive impact across teams
- Experience working in the Sports media
- A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
