What you’ll do:
As Partnerships Development Associate, you’ll play a critical role in generating excitement about Zearn Math and connecting with schools and districts interested in implementing Zearn.
- Manage outbound communication with school and district administrators in high-potential district
- Coordinate a range of email campaigns to school and district administrators
- Manage email communication with administrators who respond to campaigns, customizing response as needed, to support their discovery and education process
- Coordinate with Partner Success team to transfer qualified leads to next stage of sales process
- Analyze campaign results and recommend actions to improve engagement rates
- Use data and research to identify which school and district administrators should receive outreach
- Track and organize lead generation efforts in Salesforce CRM, ensuring information is accurate
- Become an expert in the lead generation and qualification process and collaborate with broader Partnerships team to continue to improve and automate lead tracking processes in CRM
- Lead sales process for potential customers who are ready to purchase
- Guide potential customers through the purchase process by responding to questions, creating quotes and purchase agreements, and problem-solving purchasing hurdles
- Follow up with “ready-to-purchase” customers as they advance through the sales process
- Support the creation of RFPs (Request for Proposals) at the district or state level
- Become an expert in the Zearn product offering, positioning, and resources in order to craft compelling materials for RFPs
- Collaborate across teams to project-manage the submission process
Ideal candidates will have:
- Ability to manage a high volume of emails and tasks, with strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills to engage and follow-up with potential customers
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Work experience in lead generation, sales, business development, growth, customer success, or marketing at a top-tier business-to-business company, ideally in education or technology, is a plus
