Join Macquarie Asset Management as a Sales Associate supporting our team of Wholesalers within Wealth Solutions. Our Wealth Solutions Team specializes in alternative investment offerings tailored for smaller institutions and qualified private client investors. The team provides access to institutional quality Macquarie and third-party private equity, hedge fund, real estate and infrastructure funds in thoughtful structures.
You will liaise between the sales and operations teams to address servicing and operations-related tasks and support sales activity; including outbound calls, prospecting, and analytics.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • liaising between the sales and operations teams to service clients and perform operations-related tasks
  • supporting sales activity
  • developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of financial markets, Macquarie products and services and the competitive landscape; discussing the array of products across all disciplines (fund objectives, portfolio structures, investment management process and strategy benchmarks)
  • fielding inbound calls from partners and advisor clients regarding product questions
  • ensuring compliance with internal and external rules, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
  • supporting the migration of Client Relationship Management system to Salesforce


Your preferred background will include:

  • bachelor's degree
  • series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63 and 65) licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within six months.
  • financial services, product and/or operations experience
  • understanding of database creation and basic data analytics
  • proficient in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel
  • knowledge of virtual meeting platforms

Salary range for this position: $75000 - $85000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
