Sales Coordinator

About the role.
At Jabra Hearing, our mission isn’t just to deliver better hearing care, but to deliver it to more people. Our inside sales team is key to getting our hearing aids in the ears of people who need them, and we are looking to hire a Sales Coordinator to educate and build relationships with potential customers.
What you’ll do.
- Perform sales activities to support the growth of the company, including email, chat, and phone conversations with potential leads
- Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales targets by achieving and exceeding individual Sales and KPI targets
- Set the groundwork for building long-term customer relationships
- Engage and qualify prospects who have connected with the website
- Address customer questions about our product offerings
- Navigate our tools including Slack and Salesforce
- Gain expert knowledge of our products and sales tools contributing to their ongoing development
What you’ll bring.
- A bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of inside sales experience (preferably in an early-stage start-up, or high-volume environment)
- Experience with lead qualification and objection handling
- Excited to work at a rapidly evolving company to change the broader healthcare landscape
- Self-motivated - not satisfied with the status quo
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and understanding of basic performance metrics used in a sales team environment (Sales Funnels, Qualification rate, etc.)
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or G Suite applications
- Ability to work the following schedule and holidays as needed:
- Monday: 12PM to 8PM EST
- Tuesday: 12PM to 8PM EST
- Wednesday: 12PM to 8PM EST
- Friday: 12PM to 8PM EST
- Saturday: 10AM to 6PM EST
