At SpotMe, the Sales Development and Demand Creation Manager will manage the sales development team. In this role, you will report to the Head of Product Marketing and be responsible for working with sales leadership, product marketing and product management to develop new content, optimize effective sales processes and drive rigorous sales development execution with our global team.

Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing leadership to deliver a demand creation program strategy that supports pipeline objectives
  • Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to the Sales Development team in the US and in EMEA for its day-to-day activities
  • Optimize existing sales processes and tools to have a proven impact on the success of the Sales Development team
  • Oversee and drive rigorous sales development execution with Sales Development team, with weekly reporting and forecasting to Sales Leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and Product Management to develop new content targeted to buying audiences
  • Selection and management of agencies, contractors and third-party vendors
  • Determine demand creation program metrics and how to measure against objectives to gauge success

Requirements

  • BA in marketing or business
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign or program management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment; experience with directly managing a team of SDR
  • Project management with multiple complex stakeholders across different cultures
  • Proven experience working with demand creation teams and supporting revenue driving programs in enterprise sales
  • Hands-on experience in managing mainstream CRM and marketing tools
