About the Role:

Entera is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with Real Estate experience (preferably with builders, developers or construction) to join our rapidly expanding sales organization. From facilitating initial conversations, researching and defining target prospects, to developing team-wide best practices, you will be an integral member of our Growth organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about Entera in the industry. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate sales and marketing team that will support your efforts and growth. You’ll be reporting to the SVP of Marketing in this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships
  • Analyze industry data to develop a target list of prospect accounts across multiple industry segments (SFR operators, Fix&Flip operators, builders, asset managers, capital providers, and special servicers) 
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; develop, prepare for, and book pitch meetings with target prospects. 
  • Strategize with team members in sales, partnerships, and marketing to grow the pipeline and improve the overall sales development process 
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations

You Should Have:

  • At least one years of experience in sales or business development (this is prospecting role)
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Very strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously 
  • Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company 
  • Prior startup sales experience is a huge plus
  • Experience of using sales tools such as Hubspot (CRM & marketing automation),, Salesloft, PersistIQ or similar
  • A “go get them attitude” - rejection doesn’t faze you
  • Ability to multitask and continually try new ways to get in front of our ICP 
  • Real estate, Fintech, CRE experience is a huge plus

*For those applicants in the NYC area, the salary range for this role is $50,000 to $80,000 plus a bonus. The salary offered will be based on experience, role, and location.
