Your Impact On Our Mission: 

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a critical role in driving revenue by initiating conversations with providers not yet partnered with Zocdoc. Your Sales Manager will act as your dedicated coach, guiding you through inbound and outbound sales strategies. You’ll master communicating value efficiently, navigating gatekeepers, and executing on a successful outreach strategy from our best in-class training program. We want all our SDRs to become star full-cycle sales reps that close business within 9/12 months.

Your day to day is…

  • Taking in and organizing new contacts

  • Calling new leads provided to you

  • Scheduling meetings for Sales Executives and monitoring meeting successes and challenges

  • Communicating and collaborating with team members on best practices

  • Driving results by using creative ways of gaining access and cementing value


You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 0-2 years of experience

  • A desire to have a long term sales career

  • Experience with persuasion and objection handling

  • Strong communication skills

  • Prior experience with cold calling is a plus
