About the Role

As a Giant Machines Sales Development Representative you will play a key role in prospecting new business for the company. You will be expected to dive in and understand the unique value that Giant Machines provides. There is a lot to know, but you will have resources and support from leadership as we grow our business together.

Here’s what you’ll do day to day

• Reach out to leads (typically product managers or digital innovation leaders) via phone or email to convey Giant Machines’ value proposition.
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings with the sales team.
• Collaborate with team members to improve approaches and develop best practices.

We are looking for

• 2+ years experience as an SDR with a successful track record. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Avid hunter with prospecting skills for penetrating new accounts. 
• The desire and temperament to work in an inclusive, respectful workplace, where growth and feedback is valued and everyone is on the same team
• Capability of expanding quickly into larger responsibilities as the company grows rapidly.
• Eager to learn and open to coaching.
• Resilient with a positive attitude in the face of adversity and setbacks.
• Interest in and knowledge of technology and software development.
