The Job

The Sales Development trainer will be responsible for running our monthly sales training program as well as being a coach for the sales development team when these trainings are not in session. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and have experience working in fast-paced growth environments. You will have the ability to question the effectiveness of current processes and procedures in order to lead change to increase the efficiency of our sales force.

What you'll do

  • Manage the training program for all new sales development hires.
  • Conduct orientation to industry and sales process.
  • Work closely with Sales Development Managers to ensure trainings are aligned with the goal of the team.
  • Determines training needs by shadowing sales representatives; observing sales process; studying sales data; consult with/work with sales managers.
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
  • Maintain a key understanding of training trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain positive sales culture on the SDA team.

QualificationsWho you are:

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales development environment.
  • You feel comfortable speaking in public and can captivate a room.
  • At least 6 months of sales experience.
  • Track record of achieving and surpassing expectations and goals.
  • You enjoy high growth environments where change is frequent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You are a natural born leader and you’re comfortable giving feedback.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

The director and her team are laying the groundwork for a platform that Ghangas said will ease metrics management and reporting. “Our goal is to make data available at scale so Justworks data consumers can ask questions and perform analyses in a reliable, trustworthy and secure way,” she said. Important work like that still leaves room for fun, with engineers engaging in non-core work like hackathons and bimonthly product and engineering demos.
