Sales Operations
- Serve as the voice of the business on pipeline analysis and deal structure, overseeing sales projections, analysis, reporting, territory planning, as well as new representative and ongoing training processes
- Lead the sales administration process
- Manages forecasting, sales force automation, sales data consistency
- Interface with multiple teams, in particular Finance, Marketing, Product, to ensure the highest level of sales readiness
- Refine and maintain essential systems and processes specific to the sales team
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and reporting requests as directed by leadership
- Identify emerging patterns in the business and suggest opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years sales operations leadership experience at reputable SaaS company(ies)
- Experience with SFDC automation, BI tools such as Tableau, report design and development
- Strong bias for action, self-starter
