Who we need
- 5+ years of experience creating sales decks, drafting proposals and streamlining sales processes
- Proposal writing experience for all types of organizations targeting financial institutions & government agencies
- Knowledge of CRM system management (Hubspot/Salesforce)
- Strong powerpoint and presentation creation skills
- Experience with (non-technical) Project Management
- High level of attention to detail
- Focus on objectives and hitting deadlines
- Basic design skills in order to support creating professional presentations
What you’ll do
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive a fast-paced sales proposal process including, but not limited to:
- Creating standardized & personalized presentations for sales proposals
- Drive planning meetings with executive leadership to support proposal reviews
- Attending customer sales proposal meetings
- Work directly with customers through contracting and vendor reviews
- Be a powerpoint genius, creating decks for internal and external purposes
- Take a proactive approach to streamlining sales processes
- Be the go-to person when it comes to preparing standardized and professional content for sales presentations and keeping the sales team organized
