Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the way we approach Salesforce innovation, transformation, and development. You will be a member of a talented team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and automation, and leveraging the full features and benefits of Salesforce based on stakeholder needs. We are seeking someone who can help support the day-to-day user issues and requests as well as interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and administer and enhance the system accordingly.

What you’ll get to do:
- Execute on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce; including data management, sandbox refreshes, and system integrations
- Work across departments with key stakeholders and with Enterprise Systems team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of improvement and new feature requests
- Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers to test and verify that solutions meet business needs
- Proactively evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functional requirements and provide analysis on how changes may impact users
- Work collaboratively with team members and third-party consultants to analyze data and identify key insights to plan and design solutions that align with business requirements
- Partner with the Enterprise Systems management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
You should apply if you have most of this:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Significant understanding of the Salesforce platform, with experience building custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Substantial understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Ability to meet SLAs and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Ability to think through problems and make actionable recommendations
- Advanced documentation practices; organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Communities
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, CPQ Specialist
- Stong data management abilities and experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools)
- Experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment
