In this role, we’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator who can think strategically about the needs of the sales team and related functions to build tools and services within Salesforce around those needs and be a high EQ/IQ collaborator every step of the way.

You’ll be a member of the B2B operations team partnering with leaders from our operations, sales, product, implementation, account management teams building out what the revenue machine of the future should look like. Responsibilities:

  • Develop Salesforce and related systems to scale and optimize key processes that deliver business outcomes.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, scoping, prioritization and completion of new development projects across all business units.
  • Provide technical execution on platform configuration, custom development, and maintenance.
  • Advise and lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution generation.
  • You will partner with Sales Analysts to design and configure solutions that are scalable and meet the requirements of our internal stakeholders.
  • Design and develop solutions that maximize effectiveness and improve 360 view of customer while maintaining existing functionality in salesforce.com.
  • Manage all processes that impact or relate to salesforce.com, and manage new releases of SFDC.
  • Implement and maintain custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder, approvals, and assignment rules.
  • Build and establish management and IC level dashboards to enhance visibility and reporting across the revenue team.
  • Maintain system security and integrity, with regard to all user information - this includes updates; adding/removing licenses; reassigning profile information; designing, creating and maintaining roles and hierarchies; monitoring usage/storage.
  • You will develop deep knowledge of Talkspace’s business, processes, and technologies to proactively seek out inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to recommend action. Manage and communicate changes to users, prior to implementation.
  • Identify and own all tools and systems that may integrate with salesforce, mixmax, conga, ironclad, etc.

Requirements

About You

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience -- preferably at a dynamic, “scrappy” start-up space with ambiguity and opportunity to be entrepreneurial
  • Salesforce Admin certified (Developer a plus!) knowledgeable and experienced with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud a plus
  • SaaS company experience preferred in either Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Accounting Operations, Channel Operations roles
  • Understanding of marketing and sales funnel - e.g. Hubspot → Sales (SFDC) → Post-Sales
  • Experience working in collaborative environments, and ability to manage stakeholders
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc)
