Senior Account Manager
About The Role
The Account Manager will be the first hire specifically focused on and accountable to net revenue retention at Tropic. Our clients buy-in to a clear value-based business case and the Account Manager will be responsible for reinforcing the financial and strategic value provided by Tropic. Tropic creates value for clients by (1) saving money, (2) saving time, and (3) and driving process adoption. This role will use these value propositions to create relationships with the most senior executives at our clients, defining and pursuing success with each.

What You'll Work On
- Build Tropic’s approach to client renewals and key relationship touchpoints
- Evaluate growth opportunities across the client mix and create strategies for executing
- Elevate relationships at clients to C-Suite executives and drive Tropic advocacy
- Monitor client experience leveraging data and build action plans to capitalize on positive sentiments and remedy challenges
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success Team to build account plans
- Work collaboratively with sales team to understand client priorities and challenges
- Stay on top of new product releases within Tropic and build strategy for selling in new capabilities
- Manage client escalations and resolve any dissatisfaction
Who You Are
- 4+ years account management experience
- High-growth startup experience
