ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to join our passionate, energetic team here at Rightway. We work with a wide range of clients across the employer and health plan landscape, and every day presents unique opportunities to align our care navigation platform with our clients’ healthcare benefits and financial goals. You’ll be deeply involved not only in our mission to deliver best-in-class value and highly strategic guidance to all clients, but in the continued growth and development of our team and our approach to achieving meaningful client engagement and impact. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage all post-sale, post-implementation activities for clients deploying Rightway.
  • Own a diverse portfolio of key accounts, including enterprise clients with national scope.  
  • Develop insightful advisory relationships with primary points of contact at client organizations, including gaining the trust of key stakeholders (e.g., CHRO, Director of Benefits).
  • Leverage a deep understanding of Rightway products and services to predict our clients’ needs and formulate innovative solutions.
  • Establish a nuanced understanding of our clients’ business landscape, anticipating what the Rightway client base will need before they ask for it. 
  • Make perceptive recommendations to support strategic planning for accounts, working with clients to identify and structure continual growth opportunities.   
  • Track account progress against industry best-practice KPIs and metrics, achieving exceptional levels of retention, referencability, and expansion where applicable.
  • Utilize our advanced data and analytics to derive insights and develop case studies about clients’ member populations, particularly as part of quarterly business reviews.
  • Bring the voice of the client into meaningful, tactical dialogue with Rightway business strategy (especially product roadmap development and broader growth strategy).

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4-6 years of direct client-facing experience, with a proven track record of growing client value over time.
  • Confident in the face of ambiguity; not flustered easily and can solve complex problems in parallel.
  • Adaptable, results-oriented, and highly attentive to detail; you can manage simultaneous initiatives with varying timelines and complexity.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; you make things happen!
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; you’re an active listener who can break down complex ideas and tailor your message for diverse audiences at any level.
  • Digitally savvy; enthused by popular and emerging digital technologies; comfortable speaking to audiences of all levels of digital know-how.
  • Experience analyzing data to distill insights, tell a story, and drive action.
  • You excel at working cross-functionally, thinking critically about which leaders and teams need to be involved to address challenges and solve problems. 


EXTRA CREDIT

  • A background in healthcare, the employer insurance space, and/or health related industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices).
  • 2-3 years of experience managing people. 

 SALARY: $110-130K
