Sr. Sales Operations Associate
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join Team Snapchat! As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will use your strategic thinking, analytical skills and business knowledge to provide a local and customized approach that generates impactful insights with data-driven trends and action-oriented recommendations. Working from our New York, NY office, you’ll collaborate with US Enterprise Sales Leadership and other cross functional partners (like Product Marketing and Finance) to amplify revenue and improve sales productivity.
What you'll do:
Work closely with US Enterprise Sales Leaders, providing analysis and recommending tactical short-term and long-term goals to amplify revenue and enhance productivity for a global Sales organization
Lead projects involving complex workstreams and cross-functional collaboration
Provide insights and analytics along with tactical guidance to leadership with the ultimate goal of increasing and unblocking revenue
Identify areas of market opportunity and gaps to prioritize customer segments accordingly
Evaluate strategic opportunities, build business cases and define actionable plans and the roadmap to execution. Involve, align and manage relevant stakeholders across teams and markets and drive a successful implementation
Minimum qualifications:
2+ years experience working in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Sales Operations, or a related field, or in a media/advertising-related field
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with media and advertising, specifically digital and mobile
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, finance, or business
Strong business judgement, problem solving, project management, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for audiences ranging from customers to sales teams to Snap’s business leadership
Proven track record collaborating with Sales teams to find solutions that support the business, including building relationships with leadership
Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects to completion simultaneously through strong ownership and attention to detail, with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience learning quickly and being intellectually curious
Proficiency with Google Docs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) products
Spreadsheet modeling and analytical skills
Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment
Experience approaching problems using a structured, analytical mindset
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
