Sr. Sales Operations Associate

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Operations Associate to join Team Snap! Working closely with our Sales Teams and Cross-Functional Partners, you will use your strategic thinking, analytical skills and business knowledge to identify initiatives and prioritize efforts to amplify revenue. Working from our New York City office, you’ll collaborate closely with Snap’s Global Solutions Team (which focuses on Global Agency and Global Brand Partnerships) and other cross functional partners (like Sales, Product Marketing and Finance).
What you'll do:
Work closely with the Global Solutions Team to proactively identify insights and oversee execution of operating tactics that help the team deliver on their committed goals and objectives
Evaluate strategic opportunities and define actionable plans that help grow revenue under influence, active customers and brands, premium video product adoption and productivity of the overall Sales organization
Lead projects involving complex workstreams and cross-functional collaboration
Facilitate enhanced coordination between Global, Regional, and Local Agency teams as well as Global and Local sales teams for multinational accounts
Identify areas of market opportunity and gaps to prioritize customer segments accordingly
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Work experience within the media, publishing or advertising space (ideally digital/mobile)
Familiarity with the Agency Landscape (specifically the Big 6 holding companies, Creative Agencies, Independent Agencies, etc. and the various roles within them)
Proficiency working with CRM systems like Salesforce to design or utilize processes for customers or sales teams
Proven track record collaborating with Sales teams to find solutions that support the business
Program management and implementation experience across stakeholders at many levels
Ability to approach problems using a structured, analytical mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for audiences ranging from customers to sales teams to Snap’s business leadership
Spreadsheet modeling and analytical skills
Proficiency with Google Docs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) products
Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects to completion simultaneously through strong ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years experience working in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Sales Operations, or a related field or equivalent years of experience
BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, finance, or business, or equivalent work experience
