About The Role
Tropic has exploded into this market over the last two years, raising a $25M Series A this summer and growing 700% in the last twelve months. We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager (Revenue) to help build a high-performing sales organization in enterprise tech.
What You'll Work On
- Partner with leadership to build a world class enterprise sales organization
- Provide the quantitative basis for Tropic’s evolving go-to-market strategy and revenue initiatives (e.g., territory planning, sales coverage model, sales forecasting)
- Support high-level planning, goal setting, and board-level communication materials representing the Sales Team with data and insights
- Identify and eliminate barriers in sales processes to improve performance and productivity (e.g., identify KPIs and metrics, improve lead management)
- Support the development of compensation and incentive plans; manage administration and execution of team’s targets and measurement of goal attainment
- Develop, maintain, and maximize the value of Tropic’s sales & marketing tech stack
- Contribute directly to Tropic’s hyper-growth trajectory by improving Sales Team efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing teams
Who You Are
- 1+ years in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, or Strategy for a high-growth organization
- 1+ years in investment banking, management consulting, or similar quantitative field
- Deep and broad understanding of sales & marketing processes
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience with sales SaaS tools
