We are looking for a Vice President of Business Development who will lead our company-wide efforts to establish partnerships with national payors and providers. In this role, you will have three core responsibilities. First, you will own the development of our strategy in conjunction with our leadership team and Board of Directors. Second, you will be responsible for executing this strategy by establishing high-value, long-term partnerships with payors and providers across the U.S. Third, you will own and manage these relationships on an ongoing basis. Initially, this is an individual contributor role, and will naturally expand to include direct management responsibilities as you build out the function. This is a Senior Leadership role reporting directly to the Co-CEO.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of successful experience in establishing partnerships with sophisticated c-suite audiences
- Track record of end-to-end ownership of partnerships - from establishing the vision, setting the strategy, and executing to close the partnerships
- An acute understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and how decisions are made by the various players across the ecosystem
- Strong presence; exceptional ability to communicate with consultative selling capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
