Job Description

Do you have a passion for providing world class services to VIP customers? Are you up to date with the best practices and emerging trends in Sportsbook/Casino industry? Does working in a collaborative environment and building a successful VIP program make you contemplate leaving your current role?

If so, you are in the right place! We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for driving the VIP function for Tipico by managing a range of well-regarded players and building relationships with them to ensure their loyalty to our sportsbook and casino products. 

This position requires someone who is extremely social and has a love for the online gambling industry and sports. A person who is comfortable in a customer facing environment and is able to maintain constant communication with VIP players connecting them and giving them a unique experience that drives our business and maintains an incredible customer experience. 

The VIP coordinator will report directly to the Director of Operations (USA) and work together with the rest of business operations and marketing teams. They will be responsible for running the day to day VIP executions for Tipico USA. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following: 

  • Help acquire and retain VIP players for both Tipico Sportsbook and Casino 
  • Be the dedicated voice and personal contact for all VIP players.
  • Develop and run promotional campaigns for VIP Sportsbooks and Casino players.
  • Organize and host events with VIP Players.
  • Own the VIP workflow for both Sportsbook and Casino along with optimizing the player experience for VIP members.
  • Develop all VIP reporting metrics to ensure growth and revenue within the VIP program 
  • Network with new customers to increase customer handle and revenue through VIP play. 
  • Analyze player trends and make recommendations to the business to promote strong VIP play. 
  • Monitor player performance to flag VIPs throughout the customer base. 
  • Innovate, entertain and create unique VIP experiences for our consumers. 
  • Effectively optimize and manage a marketing budget.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a VIP Industry (Gaming, Hotel and Nightlife)
  • Knowledge and experience in the online gaming industry with a deep understanding of Sportsbooks and Casino products.
  • Strong background in customer experience providing a top-notch level of service to high level customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Verbal and written.
  • Ability to deliver results and outstanding services while working on tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and great problem-solving skills. 
  • Must have incredible relationship building skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed. 
  • Travel will be required

Nice to Have 

  • Knowledge about and / or experience with sports betting
  • Online gaming and gambling experience
